Ore A. Jacinto, Partner

Ore A. Jacinto is a Partner and Co-Founder of J&W Strategies and Executive Director of RedPledge. He previously served as the Director of Finance for the Republican Party of New York State, where he dedicated nearly a decade to advancing the Party’s objectives. In 2019, Ore transitioned to serve as President Trump’s Northeast Finance Director for the 2020 election, overseeing fundraising efforts in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Born and raised in Miami as the son of Cuban immigrants, Ore deeply understands the significance of the American Dream and the challenges associated with achieving it.

Mr. Jacinto has extensive experience collaborating with prominent political figures and organizations, including the President of the United States, the Senate Majority Leader, multiple House Majority Leaders, the NRSC, NRCC, RNC, and numerous other entities. His expertise lies in developing comprehensive fundraising strategies, managing high-profile events, executing targeted donor solicitation and advising high net-worth individuals with capital deployment.

After earning his M.A. from Fordham University, Ore joined Cathy Blaney and Associates, a nationally recognized political fundraising firm based in New York City. During his tenure, he designed and implemented tailored fundraising strategies for distinguished clients, including House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and Governor George Pataki, among others. In 2010, Ore left the firm to join the New York State Republican Party.

Mr. Jacinto holds an M.A. from Fordham University and a B.A. from Georgia State University. He is an active member of the Union League Club of New York, where he serves on the Membership Development and Public Affairs Committees. Additionally, he is a board member of UA3, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing underprivileged students in low-income New York City communities with access to technology to enhance their educational opportunities.

Jason Weingartner , Partner

In 1996, Jason began his career at the New York political fundraising firm of Cathy Blaney and Associates. Moving up the ladder to become one of the top fundraisers of the firm, he has worked directly with a wide array of Republican candidates, elected officials, and entities such as President Bush, Senator Dole, Governor Pataki, Congressman Lazio for U.S. Senate, the New York Republican State Committee, and the 2004 RNC Convention, along with many more.

While continuing as a fundraising consultant, Jason also took on the role of Executive Director for the New York Republican County Committee. His duties included the coordination of the petition process, candidate recruitment and support, and the day to day duties of the Committee. He had also organized many of the Committee’s successful Lincoln Day Dinners.

In October of 2009, Jason accepted the position as Finance Director of the New York Republican State Committee. And in February of 2014 Jason accepted the position as Executive Director of the New York Republican State Committee.

He is a former President of the New York Young Republican Club, Inc. having served from August 2001 – April 2004 and is a former Chairman of the New York State Young Republicans having served from July 2003 – June 2007. He served as Treasurer of the New York State Young Republicans from June 2001 to July 2003 and again from November 2007 to June 2013. He served as Vice Chairman at-Large for the Young Republican National Federation from July 2009 to July 2013. He served as Young Republican National Federation Chairman from July 2013 to August 2015. Jason has become a force in grassroots politics across New York State and the country.

Within his many roles, Jason has traveled the nation to teach fundraising and membership recruitment seminars.

In 2007, Jason was nominated and voted as one of the top 40 Under 40 rising political stars in New York City by City Hall Newspaper. In the Spring semester of 2011, Jason began teaching “Fundraising, Campaign Finance Law, and Ethics” as an adjunct professor at Fordham University’s Graduate School for Campaigns and Elections.

Jason S. Weingartner grew up in a working class New York City neighborhood in Queens. He is a graduate of Archbishop Molloy High School, Fordham University – Rose Hill – and Fordham Law School – Lincoln Center. He lives in Astoria, Queens with his wife Nicole, son Alexander, daughter Victoria, his dog Lady and two turtles, Timothy and Crimea. Jason is a long suffering New York Mets and New York Jets fan and known as Gos to his friends.
